Bespoke Historic Restoration

Bespoke Joinery

Our bespoke joinery service caters for all angles of your timber restoration project, including restoring period features. We aim to repair first rather than replace, using our vast expertise to restore wood trims and panelling, window sills, shutters, skirting boards, architraves, coving and more.

Whether the wood is rotten, flaking or worn, we can help you to return your period property to its original look. One of our experienced joiners will be able to advise you on the best path to take, whether it’s possible to repair, treat and paint your existing wooden features or whether they will need replacing.

Timber restoration projects

Wessex Restoration have worked on various joinery projects, both for individual home renovations and high profile heritage restorations. Among our projects, we have created a replica Lunar window for a residential property, a glazed wooden roof apex for the City of Bristol’s swimming pool and a bespoke hardwood sun room.

With years of joinery expertise, our qualified craftsmen offer excellent workmanship and a high level of service. At Wessex, we only use the finest quality timber, anti-rot treatment, finishes and paint in our restoration projects.
